TLC began life in 1997 as TLC Marketing Ltd, providing promotional premiums for corporate clients. We also implemented a number of incentive programs for clients to motivate and influence the behaviours of their staff or customers - and quickly identified that managing incentive and promotional merchandise programs online was the way of the future.


So in 1999 we began developing our own web-based software, underpinned by a robust database and calculation management system, and soon grew into one of New Zealand's leading providers of promotional products and incentive programs. In 2003 the proven technology was used to manage a major Australian Telco's program for 5000 of their staff and resellers.

In 2012 TLC invested in a journey where customer and stakeholder feedback was sought to help determine a vision and roadmap for the future. This has re-defined TLC's offer and purpose to continue to deliver results with power. We're not saying 'bye' to the old customer service and relationship philosophy, but we are saying 'hi' to the new TLC Live.
